Mental Health 

Mental health affects our well-being on all fronts- social, emotional, and phycological.  It impacts how we think, what we feel, and how we behave.  How we deal with stress be it good or bad is a good indication of the state our mental health is in.  If we are not able to relate to others, and cease making healthy choices, we may need to stop and evaluate what's happening in our lives, change what's not working. 

 

Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. The older we are the more we have to safeguard it. In 2021, 1 in 5 adults reported living with a mental illness.
